    i thought you were perhaps going all “childs play” on us :} …
    reminds me of “budthu” .. a pink pantha that my mummy hung on the litchi tree to scare away the birds.

    I feel like I need to explain this picture. So much for ‘wordless wednesday’. It was Ayesha and Mohammed Ziyaad’s farewell picnic thing at Emmerentia Dam a few months ago. We had just about said most of our goodbyes when I saw this doll just lying there. It looked so, I don’t know, forgotten?
    So I took this picture. I once had a tatty, vrek-ugly doll I loved with all my heart. This reminds me of a simpler time.
